Vitasave is a 100% Canadian owned and operated natural health ecommerce company headquartered in beautiful Vancouver BC, with a retail store in North Vancouver and a flagship store downtown, as well as warehouses in Vancouver and Toronto. The Vitasave mission is to make health accessible and affordable for all Canadians.

PROTOTYPING


Vitasave Canada came to us needing a new site that could improve their brand equity and organic reach. The new website makes finding answers to common and daily use medicines required by a number of patients and clients through a thoughtful and detailed UX and content strategy. We aimed to replicate Vitasave’s welcoming in-house experience by featuring their team members, clinic benefits, and numerous resources in a new and accessible way.

DESIGN CONCEPTS


People in the Lower Mainland have options when it comes to choosing different medicines and supplements that assist and improve one’s sexual health and experience. Our goal was to convey the inclusive attitude and inviting the warm environment offered by Vistasave. Various photos were used to illustrate the experience, including a thorough gallery of the team members and facilities. A soft and inviting design was employed to support the personal stories and emotional connection attributed to their business.

BRINGING IT TOGETHER


Our designers reinvigorated Vitasave’s online content with a responsive and immersive experience for interested clients. Improved SEO will assist customers in discovering the PCRM brand online. Social sharing, services, stories and testimonials were integrated with drop down menus, intuitive buttons and a seamless navigation plan. The result: less clicking for the end user. With a custom WordPress CMS at their disposal, Vitasave are now equipped to easily share their success stories and expertise with their online community.
